Including a way for people managers to network / connect with other people managers by enabling peer support and development among managers in the Trust.

  • If you’re a people manager, you don’t always know who else is a people manager so it might feel isolated - we hope to connect you to other people managers
  • Talking about problems or issues you’re facing as a people manager with people in your own dept/division sometimes leads to same sort of thinking or perspective - we want to increase your people manager connections to avoid 'group think'.
  • Collaborative working generates creative solutions and problem solving - we want to build your networks, not working within siloes.
