If you are new to the NHS, the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner (L2 CSP) is an ideal apprenticeship to launch your career within the health sector; it provides the opportunity to understand health care regulatory requirements and to know about and to develop strong customer service skills. The NHS is a customer focused environment and whether your customers are patients, visitors, external agencies, colleagues, or internal departments, the L2 CSP will provide the foundation step to explore other progression opportunities within the Trust.

Do you work in an administrative role but have no formal qualifications, or maybe you want to learn new skills and develop existing ones, if this is true then the Business Administrator Level 3 (BA3) apprenticeship is for you. Our programme is specifically tailored for your NHS role and will give you the opportunity to develop your knowledge, skills, and behaviours within the context of that role, and to support your own progression towards more senior roles.

Have you been promoted into a supervisory role, but have no formal training or qualifications? Then the Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 (TL3) apprenticeship is the answer. The TL3 apprenticeship is suited to anyone new to a team leader role who directly supervises staff. It will teach you how to provide direction, instructions, and guidance to ensure the achievement of team and service goals are met.

The Operational/Departmental Manager Level 5 (OMD5) apprenticeship can provide you with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours you will need in order to create and deliver operational plans, manage projects, lead and manage teams, manage change, financial and resource management, talent management, and coaching and mentoring.
