Apprentices Completing ‘In-House’ Programmes Delivered by HHFT
Throughout your apprenticeship you will also benefit from:
- Regular contact with your tutor
- Early support identification and collaborative support planning
- Access to Cognassist our learning assessment and support tool. This will help you understand your learning strengths and any challenges, and provide you with personalised support strategies to help you succeed
- Personal development planning
- Tailored information, advice, and guidance to support your career aspirations
A Safe and Inclusive Learning Environment
As part of creating a safe and inclusive environment, you will learn about ‘staying safe online’ and explore ‘British Values’ (respect, tolerance, individual liberty, rule of law and democracy).
We encourage apprentices to speak up, ask questions, and share their experiences. You will have opportunities to provide regular feedback during Teaching, Learning & Progress Reviews and through apprentice surveys.
