This session covers 3 different areas of care which are:
- End of life (Palliative) Care
- Diabetes Care
- Dementia Care
The clinical teams from each area will provide you with education around the topics and some tips to help you in practice.
Regardless of what area you are working in you will be caring for patients that may have conditions or illnesses that may not be the main reason for their hospital stay/appointment but will impact on their treatment and recovery, so it is good to understand some of the different conditions to help you provide safe and effective care.
