- Falls Prevention and Liaison
- Tissue viability
- Enhanced and complex wound care
- Nail and foot health provision
- Continence assessment and management
- Deconditioning prevention
- Hydration and nutritional support
As a HCSW you will be providing fundamental (essential) care to all your patients your time with the FOC team will support you to ensure you are giving a high standard of care in the correct way to achieve the best outcome for your patients.
The FOCT will support you with the completion of the care certificate.
