For Substantive staff
The second week of the programme will be working on your ward with a colleague. This time will allow you to become familiar with the ward and what is expected of you in practice. These days should be rostered as short days (7.5hrs shifts) and NOT long days (12 hrs shifts).
For Bank Staff
You would need to have two shadow shifts , allocated by the Bank team once your induction process has been completed.
