The course is a mixture of tutor led discussion, individual, work group and work role play. Members are encouraged to contribute to discussions and share their thoughts and ideas. Course members are provided with handouts and are also encouraged to reflect on their key learning points and how they will progress these to help them develop their managerial skills.
