Overall Objective: To enable managers to feel confident in effectively managing 'Bullying and Harassment' in the workplace.

Course Content:

Defining what constitutes 'Bullying', 'Harassment' and 'Victimisation' in relation to the Trust's Bullying and Harassment Policy.

Scenarios - where to go and what to do in the event of incidents of bullying and harassment being experienced and/or reported.

Creating a positive working environment that supports the Trust's Core Values (C.A.R.E.).

Identifying sources of information/resources available.

Personal Action Planning.

Who should attend: Managers.
