Level 1 – All Staff
Course Aims/Objectives
Level 1 is mandatory for all staff and is currently delivered online via video or via VILL (Virtual Instructor Lead Learning), face to face and eLearning.
This training is an illustration of what constitutes conflict and how to reduce the risk of conflict occurring, effective communication, procedural, environmental, and legal context of violence and individual/organisation responsibility after a violent incident and support available to those involved.
Level 1 training is delivered in house by the Education Trainers

Who should attend
Level 2 & 3 – By department risk assessment
Level 2 & 3 training is delivered internally but by an external provider.
Spaces are currently being reviewed by the leads on the Violence and Aggression group for HHFT.
