A significant number of staff at HHFT will be required to lead or contribute to some kind of investigation. This investigation may be related to an incident, near miss, complaint, claim or employee relations. It is vital that these staff members are able to carry out a thorough and comprehensive investigation. The Investigation training facilitated by the Governance team ensures that staff understand the value and importance of investigations and are familiar with useful tools and techniques.
Who should attend? Senior staff, and managers or anyone who will lead an investigation.
