Advice on leadership development pathways, suggesting relevant courses or programmes.
Facilitated in-house training on leadership development.
Facilitated access to regional and national leadership programmes from the NHS Leadership Academy and other external providers.
Facilitated bespoke programmes to meet individual development.
For Teams we provide:
Guidance to diagnose team concerns.
Facilitated in-house team development days/sessions.
Facilitated bespoke team development programmes.
For the organisation we:

Embed the NHS Leadership Academy Leadership Framework. Whether you are 'Leading Self', 'Leading Teams', Leading people who Lead teams', or in a position of 'Leading the Organisation' the framework shows suggested development to support you in your role. It also indicates you what you may need to do take the next step in your career.
