The Family and Clinical Support Services (F&CSS) Division is one of three Clinical divisions in the Trust. It covers Maternity, Child Health, Women’s Health, Pharmacy, Pathology, Radiology, Therapies, Consulting Facilities and Private Patients across the Trust’s main three hospital sites Basingstoke, Winchester, and Andover and includes community provision.
Clinical Governance throughout HHFT and NHS organisations are accountable for continuously monitoring and improving the quality of our services. This is achieved by creating an environment in which excellence in clinical care will flourish.
Within Family and Clinical Support Services, our aim is to ensure that we are open to where improvements can be made and a ‘Just culture’ where staff feel supported to raise concerns so we can embrace a continuous journey of sharing and learning.
