Moving to iRefer
iRefer is a Clinical Decision Support tool, integrated into Clinisys ICE.
It has been developed by the Royal College of Radiologists to help clinicians determine the most appropriate screening for their patient so that the right diagnostics can be identified as early as possible.
iRefer will be implemented across Hampshire Hospitals in August although it has has been in use in primary care since 6 May 2025, and.
