The Same Day Urgent Care provision in North and Mid Hampshire sets out services that are able to address non-elective, urgent care needs, rapidly responding within 2-24 hours in the community. These pathways intend to avoid ED or GP attendances and admissions.

Service Type

Offers rapid clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment by MDTs including advanced practitioners. Patients referred to the service are seen within 2 hours (crisis response) or offered a same day assessment.

Available to 18+ but accessed mainly by 65+
