Our aim is for you to feel confident and competent inyour abilities as a manager and a leader.  There are a number of ways we can support your personal development in the workplace, which will positively impact on your role as a manager and leader.

Where do I start?

You can complete and assessment or receive feedback on your current leadership style;

What are the next steps?

Once you have some more information you can ;

  • Engage with a Mentor; an expereinced HHFT manager and leader you can go to with your questions and who will guide you through finding a resolution.
  • Working with a Coach on your development.  You can source a Coach who is also a member of HHFT staff or connect with a Coach from the NHS Leadership Academy.
  • Create your own Personal Development plan
  • Use Reflective Practice to improve your way of working.
