The Professional Development Team support the provision of education and training required to meet the learning and development needs of all our non-medical staff.
Non-medical staff includes: Nurses, Midwives, Allied Health Professionals, Health Care Scientists, Healthcare Assistants/support staff and non-clinical bands 1-9.
The team can be found in the Education Centre, Winchester but covers all 3 Trust sites. We can arrange face-to-face meetings and online Teams meetings to discuss requirements.
- Working with staff to identify and respond to education and training required to meet Trust workforce, service and patient needs
- Facilitating access to education and training funding
- Developing and facilitating access to education and training to meet the needs of individual career pathways and new roles
- Facilitating career conversations in relation to education and training need
