Since launching in early 2021, our HHFT Big Conversation sessions have continued to develop as a platform to engage with staff. Sharing your feedback and experiences of working here at HHFT through these sessions have driven real change and improvement.
The first series of Big Conversations followed the People Promise themes from the Staff Survey. The second series is continuing with to focus on topics that really matters to you.

We are now into our third series of 'Big Conversations' and the topics being spotlighted are key areas of focus coming out of the staff survey and listening to our colleagues. We will take the themes and explore them in more detail. These sessions will aim to run quarterly.

Series one (Feb 2022 - Aug 2022)
Our HHFT Big Conversation Series One wrap-up is now live!
The first series of Big Conversation sessions aimed to focus on issues that were of real significance to the trust, it’s teams and people. Our aim was to get to the heart of which actions would make the biggest difference to you; the people closest to the challenges we face as an organisation. We prioritised each of the seven themes in order of which areas had the most room for improvement, starting with ‘Safety & Health’ and working our way through to ‘Compassion & Inclusivity’.
Following the conclusion of each session, an overview on the themes of the conversation and any actions to explore, which is now available in one easy-to-read document.
