Nursing Apprenticeships at HHFT
Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is committed to developing the nursing workforce through the Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship (RNDA) programme, delivered in partnership with local Universities.

Successful candidates will be employed as band 3 Healthcare Support Workers (HCSW) whilst training as a Registered Nurse Degree Apprentice. You will be supported by your line manager, the HHFT Learning Environment Team, and the Education Provider to meet both the Apprenticeship standards and the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) requirements for theory and practice.

In your HCSW and apprenticeship role, you will work as part of a clinical team, providing direct care to patients and receive protected study time, in accordance with the programme requirements, to attend university study days and complete clinical placements.
This apprenticeship offers a huge opportunity to learn, earn, and progress, helping you develop into a confident and competent Registered Nurse with the right skills to provide high standard person-centred care within Hampshire Hospitals.

Applications are now open for courses starting this Autumn – see the Job vacancies page under Nursing. Applications close on 8th March.
